At least five people have been taken to area hospitals following an Indianapolis three-car accident on the city’s Northwest Side.

“Serious Bodily Injury” Involved in Indianapolis Three-Car Accident

The Indianapolis three-car accident took place at approximately 12:55 p.m. on September 18, 2024.

Information about the multi-vehicle collision currently remains scarce.  However, the Pike Fire Department has confirmed that Indianapolis police officers and EMS personnel were called to the intersection of W. 46^th Street and N. High School Road, a location that was reportedly home to a crash involving three cars and “serious bodily injury.”

Shortly after arriving at the scene of the Indianapolis three-car accident, emergency responders transported a minimum of five individuals to nearby hospitals for treatment.

The condition of the patients has not yet been made public, nor have further details about the cause of the Indianapolis three-car accident been provided by any of the agencies who were in attendance.
