Four Injured in Martinsville Head-On Crash

At least four people have been injured in a Martinsville head-on crash involving multiple vehicles.

Three Sent to Hospital After Martinsville Head-On Crash

At approximately 3:00 p.m. on September 23, 2024, emergency responders were dispatched to the site of a collision at the intersection of State Road 39 and State Road 67 in Martinsville, IN.  Upon arrival, officers from the Martinsville Police Department determined that the incident had actually taken place on the State Road 39 Bypass, which is located not far from West Morgan Street near the Circle K.

According to a social media post by the City of Martinsville Fire Department, three of the motorists who were harmed in the Martinsville head-on crash were transported to local hospitals.  Two of the victims reportedly sustained “serious” injuries, while the third victim’s injuries were characterized as “non-serious” in nature.

A fourth individual who was also injured in the Martinsville head-on crash was released after being evaluated at the scene.  Additional information about the multi-vehicle has not yet been shared with the public.
