Meet Lindsey
Biography
Lindsey began her legal career at the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office, where she gained extensive trial experience, including complex major felony and homicide cases, and held supervisory roles as both a Director and Deputy Chief. Prior to joining Hensley Legal Group, Lindsey also worked as a criminal defense attorney at Eskew Law in Indianapolis.
As a personal injury attorney, Lindsey is dedicated to protecting her clients’ rights and grateful for the opportunity to help them through some of the most challenging moments of their lives.
Lindsey received her J.D. from the Indiana University McKinney School of Law in 2014. She was elected Vice President of the Student Bar Association and served on the Dean’s Advisory Board. Before law school, Lindsey obtained a bachelor’s degree in Electronic Journalism from Butler University, where she was named the “Most Outstanding Student” by the Media Arts department in 2009, 2010, and 2011. While at Butler, she was also a member of the Women’s Division I Track & Field Team, specializing in the 400m hurdles.
Lindsey is an active member of the McKinney-Shepard Indianapolis Inn of Courts and a board member of the Butler University College of Communications Dean’s Advisory Board. During Lindsey’s free time, she loves to spend time with her two dogs, Millie, a Schnoodle, and Finn, a rescue Pitbull.
