Kellie Clark is a Personal Injury Attorney for Hensley Legal Group. Kellie is a graduate of the University of Dayton School of Law, where she graduated cum laude with honors for academics, Intellectual Property, and pro bono work. In addition to serving as the Chief Justice of the University of Dayton School of Law’s Moot Court, as well as a staff writer for the UDSL Law Review, Kellie Clark was also the recipient of the prestigious Brother Raymond Fitz Student Leader for Justice Award.

Upon graduation from law school, Kellie worked as a defense attorney, obtaining experience in litigating a variety of cases in both State and Federal Court. It was in this capacity she gained her first trial experience, trying a case in federal court and obtaining a favourable outcome for her client.

In 2013, Kellie returned home to Indiana with the desire to change her practice and follow her passion for helping other. She made the change and began representing individuals who have been injured, assisting them from the inception of their claim all the way through jury trial. At Hensley Legal Group, Kellie focuses her practice exclusively on litigation. Kellie is experienced in litigating a variety of areas of personal injury, including motor vehicle collisions, slip and falls, sexual assaults, semi-truck collisions, motorcycle and bicycle collisions, dog and animal bites, and premises liability cases.

Kellie is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, American Bar Association, and The Indiana Trial Lawyer’s Association. Kellie has been recognized by The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40, as well as by Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star” for multiple years. Kellie lives in Noblesville with her family, where she and Marc spend most of their time chasing after their three children and attending kids’ sporting events!
