Meet your new best friend at IndyHumane

Our partnership with IndyHumane began in 2021, when we noticed that the shelters were overflowing with so many great animals who needed a home. Hensley Legal Group responded to the call with “Furever Friends Fridays,” where every week the firm features a new animal looking for a loving owner and sponsors the cost of its adoption.

In 2023, we took the next step by launching Pawpalooza, a yearly event that connects potential families with their furever animals. To date, we have successfully placed more than 200 pets, and we plan to keep growing that number at the 2026 Pawpalooza, which will be held on Saturday, May 16, from 12:00 to 3:00 p.m., in the parking lot of IndyHumane (located at 7920 Michigan Rd., Indianapolis, IN 46268).

FUREVER FRIEND HISTORY

Our partnership with Indy Humane started in 2021 when we noticed shelters were overflowing and there were so many great animals that needed a home. We started our “Furever Friends Fridays” featuring an adoptable animal each Friday and sponsoring the cost of the adoption.

In 2023 we hosted our first annual Pawpalooza with the goal to connect potential families with their furever animal.

To date we have successfully sponsored 100 animals with Indy Humane. Together, we can make sure every animal has the best chance to meet their furever family.
