So, I was leaving my daughter’s house heading home. I drive that route all the time. A lady, she had the flashing yellow light. She pulled out in front of me. I saw her coming. So, I hit the brakes and that’s when it happened. I I freaked out. I was really really scared. As I’m crawling out under the side airbag, I see my wrist and I look at I’m like, “Oh, that’s that’s messed up.” So, I called my insurance right after the crash and I thought, “This is too much. They’re using all these terms that I don’t really understand.” and was afraid I was going to get um not everything that I needed from them. I felt cheated. I felt like I missed things because of the injury that wasn’t my fault. My husband had to help me put my contacts in. It became a twoperson job. So, I couldn’t play with the kids. I couldn’t do just normal everyday things that I normally do for myself. You do you feel helpless and I felt angry. I felt bitter because I was missing things. So, I thought I need to call somebody. I don’t know who to call and I didn’t want somebody that was going to be shady here. So I thought I’m going to call Hensley and I knew it was kind of local here too. It was fantastic working with Hensley. They were easy to get a hold of. I was able to text or call or email. So whichever way I felt like getting a hold of somebody I could. They really took the time to explain everything. Hensley handled everything. They were fantastic. It happens. Hire Hensley.
