Biography

Chris was born in Johannesburg, South Africa, and raised in Bloomington, Illinois. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. After graduating, he attended John Marshall Law School in Chicago. During law school, Chris clerked for a civil litigation firm and spent a semester litigating violations of the Fair Housing Act through John Marshall’s Fair Housing Legal Support Center & Clinic.

Chris began his legal career in Chicago and moved to Indianapolis shortly thereafter with his wife who grew up in the area. He started his litigation career focusing on defending personal injury actions.

Chris joined Hensley Legal Group in 2019, primarily focusing his practice in personal injury litigation on behalf of injured or disabled individuals. He is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois (2009), State of Indiana (2010), and the Southern Federal District Court in Indiana.

Chris lives in Carmel with his wife, two sons, and his shichon, Reggie B. In his free time, he enjoys playing with his boys, playing soccer, attending concerts, spending time at Lake Michigan, and rooting for Notre Dame football.
