The 2022 Drive-Thru Backpack Giveaway

Here at Hensley Legal Group, we’re all about helping our clients seek compensation for their personal injury cases. However, we also pride ourselves on the ability to give back to our community. 

We always tell our clients that we will go above and beyond for them and treat them the way we would want to be treated if we were in their shoes. That’s also why we’re committed to helping the community too. We’re not just a personal injury law firm. We’re also a team of people who want to help others.

Did you know that one in every three Indiana families aren’t able to sufficiently provide for their families? Hoosiers are hardworking people. But some are just barely able to get by and provide housing and food. That’s why Hensley Legal Group wants to help out with the cost of school supplies. 

We understand that many families are making tough financial choices these days and we want to help however we can. We don’t believe that Hoosier families should have to choose between school supplies and putting food on the table.

In 2021, we decided  to help local school children in need. Every child deserves access to a great education, but not every family has the resources to provide school supplies. Last year, we teamed up with Indianapolis Public Schools and gave away more than 10,000 backpacks filled with school supplies so each student could have the tools to learn and grow throughout the year. 

This year, we’re at it again. On Saturday, July 16, 2022, Hensley Legal Group plans to host a Drive-Thru Backpack Giveaway. We’re hoping to give away another 5,000 backpacks full of school supplies. We want to give a backpack to any student who needs one. On top of this we will be donating another 5,000 backpacks to IPS school students at their back to school events. 

Our backpacks are full of school supplies that children may need throughout the school year, including: 

• Wide-ruled notebook
• 3 colorful pocket folders
• Classic No.2 pencils
• Pencil sharpener
• Pencil pouch
• Crayons
• Glue stick
• Craft scissors

Those interested in pre-registering for the event can do so at this link. Those who sign up at the preregistration link and write a review will be entered in the drawing for one of our amazing prize packs. It’s an amazing opportunity for Hoosier families and you really won’t want to miss out here.

When registering, be sure to include your first name, last name, email address, and the number of children that will be present to pick up a backpack at the event. The children must be present at the event to receive their backpack. 

On the day of the event, please come to the Hensley Legal Group parking lot located at 8350 Sunlight Drive, Fishers, IN 46037.  Enter from the 106th exit on I-69 N, then take a right on Kincaid Dr. The event will be going from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m.
