Motorcyclist Dies after Collision with SUV in Indianapolis

August 5, 2011 – Indianapolis, Ind. – According to a report from Fox 59 Local News, a motorcyclist dies after a collision with an SUV in Indianapolis.

The tragic motorcycle accident took place on Tuesday, July 26 at approximately 11:15 p.m. on 21st Street, near Spencer Avenue, just east of Emerson Avenue.

The unidentified motorcyclist collided with an SUV that had stopped and was beginning to reverse. The impact caused the motorcyclist to fly off the bike and over the top of the SUV. The driver of the SUV, who has not been identified, remained at the scene, fully cooperating with the police.

The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident. The accident remains under investigation.
