“Empathy has no script. There is no right way or wrong way to do it. It’s simply listening, holding space, withholding judgment, emotionally connecting, and communicating that incredibly healing message of ‘You’re not alone.’”
Lindsey always knew she wanted a career where she could help others. She graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. She then fulfilled her dream of attending law school and graduated from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
After being admitted to the Indiana Bar, Lindsey began working at Hensley Legal Group, PC as an attorney. She began to realize after a short time that guiding clients through the disability process fulfilled her deep desire to help others at a critical time in their lives. She is thankful to be a part of a team that works together and handles clients with such compassion and honor.
Lindsey lives in Greenwood with her husband and six-year-old son. Outside of practicing law, you can find her renovating houses, boating, or at her son’s sporting events.Contact Lindsey Williams
